Like stone, there are many reasons to choose mulch,
but there are also a couple of reasons to pass mulch
by. Here's why I'd choose mulch:

- It's cost effective-why spend more than you have
to? - It's readily available-easy to find and easy to bring
back home - Forms an effective weed barrier
- Eco-Friendly-waste wood and tree trimmings are
used to make mulch, waste not want not - Holds moisture well
Here are some reasons why I would stay away from
mulch:

- Not permanent-eventually mulch rots away and
has to be redone - Takes some time after installation to settle and
look like it should - Some weeds can grow in mulch
